Punjabi Tavern opens at former Lord Nelson pub in Stafford
A new bar and grill has opened on Eastgate Street in Stafford, bringing Punjabi and Indian-inspired food, live sports and a refreshed venue to the former Lord Nelson pub. Punjabi Tavern officially opened on Monday 15 June and has transformed the building with a new look, a full food menu and a bar area for customers.




The venue is open seven days a week from 2pm to 9pm, with the bar open during those hours. Food is served every day from 3pm to 9pm, except Tuesdays when food is not served.

The menu includes familiar choices such as burgers, chips, fish and chips and pasta, alongside Punjabi and curry dishes, mixed grills and vegetarian options. This gives the venue a broad menu for groups with different tastes.
