Publicans Terry and Dee have announced on social media they’ll be leaving The Bird in Hand in Stafford.

In a recent Facebook post, they announced that after 9 years of running the town centre pub they will moving to another Black Country Ales pub in Birmingham.

It is with some sadness that Dee and I have to announce that just over 9 years we will be leaving The Bird in Hand in August.
We have had some amazing times including lockdowns, met some amazing people and made some great friends.
The Bird has become such a great multi function pub with many different groups using us.
We are staying with Black Country Ales and are moving to a new challenge in Birmingham, so not far away.
We are sure there will be many tears and much laughter before we leave, but hopefully we will take away more great memories and much love.
Thank you to everyone, most all the team for all your support and effort.
Love
Terry and Dee x

The last day they will officially be in the pub is on 17th August and they handover on 18th August. Anyone with a Christmas Day and Festive Fay booking will be contacted directly by them.
